NOCIRC of Kansas is a chapter of the National Organization of Circumcision Information
Resource Centers (NOCIRC). Kansas NOCIRC is a non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to
increasing public awareness of the facts regarding infant circumcision.
When little or no information is given to expectant parents they are unaware of the risks of
circumcision and the lack of medical reasons to circumcise. Kansas NOCIRC was founded to help
parents protect their sons from this unnecessary surgery.
